We’re not going to lie. Building a completely custom website is a lot of work. The good news is, it's fun too! We’ve got a road map and a lot of mix tapes. (Or a maps app and a Spotify subscription, if you prefer.) We’ll get through this together.
The most important first step is to talk about scope. What are your goals for your website? Who does it need to attract? Is your copy written? Once we know these basics, we can make recommendations on how to proceed.
Next, we’ll create a detailed project proposal. This is where we hammer out all the gory details. It’s just like deciding how many doors and windows a house needs, or calculating square footage. We need to know whether the goal is a cottage or a mansion.
Once we’ve all signed the project proposal in blood under a full moon, it’s time to get started. We’ll walk you through the process of building a website, step by step. For the next 2-6 months, we’ll be in close contact, and you’ll watch the project grow.
Just FYI – this can get intense.
Many of our clients experience withdrawal symptoms after their websites are launched. This is normal, and usually passes within a few weeks.
