Hi there! Thanks for checking us out. We've seen a surge of interest in our services and are stretched a bit thin. As a result we will not be able to start new projects until August of 2013. We do have a waiting list, so please get in touch so we can save a slot for you if you'd like to work with us down the road.

Step 1: Well Hello There

It's starts with a phone call or email. We'll have a chat or a correspondence. You explain your needs and we determine if we'll be a good match. As much as we'd like to help everyone with everything, there are certain kinds of jobs we don't take on.

Step 2: Estimate, Contract, Deposit

Once we decide to work together, we have to hammer out the details. This means we clearly define the roles you'll need us to fill, write it all down and agree on what it means. Our estimates tend to be very accurate. Once we're agreed on everything, you'll put down a deposit to hold your place in line.

Step 3: In the Queue

We keep our client list small and we only take on the number of active projects we can focus on at any given moment. This means we sometimes have a waiting period before we can focus on your job. We'll be up front with you about this, and will never keep you waiting longer than necessary. You can use the time to write copy, collect photos and get all your materials ready so we hit the ground running when the time comes.

Step 4: The Creative Process

(Graphic Design Projects Only)

Sometimes it takes some time and effort to get the ideas out of your mind and onto a screen. But we're patient and we have a reputation for stellar customer satisfaction. We won't pretend it is always easy, but if you're willing to stick with us through the revisions and give us focused feedback, you'll end up with a design you love.

Step 5: The Build

(Web construction Projects Only)

Once we have your design in hand, we move on to the nuts and bolts of getting it onto the internet. We'll set up a test site for you, and we'll work on filling in the pages. You provide us with the text, images and information needed. We turn the concept into a reality.

Step 6: Fare Thee Well

It all comes to an end rather suddenly sometimes. After weeks of emailing and talking every day or every few days, it's time to say good-bye. You send over your final payment. We put your site online or provide you with your logo pack. We share high-fives all around, and we go our separate ways. But we'll always be here if you need more help down the road.

Our Process

If you've never worked with a graphic designer or developed a web presence before, you might be a bit overwhelmed right now. We understand that, and we believe in education before action. We will help you pick your tools, but we won't pick them for you.

Unless you want us to, of course. In some instances we've had clients say, "I don't want to think about it. Do it for me." So we're happy to work that way as well.

Most of the time, however, you'll want to be involved. This means building a website or designing a logo is going to put you in pretty close contact with us for a while.

While we don't follow a hard and fast set of steps for each project, we can tell you a bit about how the process usually works.

Robin helped us customize our blog and we love what she has done. We are a photo and design company so our attention to detail is somewhat obsessive- but we completely trusted Robin with our needs. I gave her a long wish-list of all these things I wanted for our blog and she made them all happen effortlessly and in the snap of a finger. She is professional, smart and easy to work with. We were thrilled with our results! Thank you BWS! -Missy & James D.

Robin is brilliant in her field. She is a dream to work with and available in a timely manner to work with you on your projects. As she is an artist herself, her knowledge and experience brings the right understanding to artists who are developing a way to present their work. -Nancy P.

We solomnly swear we will only email you every now and then. Also, we won't give your address to anyone else. Ever.
